WeeeeeeWipe Out!!!!
So on the morning of the 4th our church group got together to celebrate the holiday. Ruth woke up at 6 am to help cook breakfast, then the rest of the clan arrived at 7 am to help set up. Before we ate, there was a brief flag ceremony and a few speeches about the day. Sean lead the color guard and hoisted the flag up the pole. After the ceremony and breakfast we headed over to the park for a little slip & slide fun. We rolled out about 200 feet of construction tarp, tapped into a neighbor's water spigot, and added a lot of soap for some much needed Summer fun.

That looks like so much fun! I want to do that!
soooo coool. every kid's dream.. a long piece of plastic, a big hill and rushing water...
The funny thing is that the adults had as much fun as the kids...they were trying to see who could go the farthest. It was quite fun.
